I did understanding my bill and was extremely frustrated about the situation. The first person I spoke with Sara who was amazing and extremely patient literally did all she could. I was later given a call from Kerry because I was not understanding the process of adding a minor child. Kerry stayed late by over an hour to reach out to the billing department of State Farm to assist with explaining to me why my bill was so high. Long story short even before the issue was resolved I was still going to pay the new monthly bill because taking the time and the understanding shown on how and why I felt the way I did amazing. It was not like I was just a nobody. They both did a great job and I can be a lot to deal with. Thank you both😊

I'm not sure why it was okay for fraudulent behavior to take place on Amber Alvarez-Clemente's part. Why did she feel the need to put her father's insurance in connection with my home address when there is no relation there? Very trifling in my opinion but I wouldn't expect anything less from her or her family.
