Recently I received a letter from DMV requesting that an FS-1 be submitted electronically. She quickly identified that the issue was an incorrect VIN number. After I provided her with the correct vin number, Sarah immediately took care of the problem and had everything resolved within a short time. Sarah’s responsiveness, knowledge, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle free.
